MotoEd’s Photoshop ColorFX Actions:

This set of Photoshop Actions will help produce these color effects you see here. It may seem a little strange but give it a try and see what you think. The effect is similar to color infrared images on some and just “whacked out” color on the others. This set contains single click versions as well as dialog mode actions where you can fine tune the settings of this action while Photoshop is running them.
